“Best cafe de olla and chilaquiles we have had in the US. Comparable and even better than most in Mexico City. We stopped in randomly after the gym - ended up returning again. I added nopales and my husband added chicharrones to his which made it even more delicious. Excellent service too. And on the weekday wasn’t busy - Saturday was a lot fuller for brunch but worth the wait.”

“My wife and I are coming up on our six month wedding anniversary and we were talking about that day and the morning of our elopement. We happened upon this place the morning of our wedding and it was by far the best Mexican food/brunch we’ve ever had. The service and heartfelt Vegas /latino hospitality from the server and the head chef was truly one of the highlights of our wedding day and trip. Will be coming back to Vegas (never staying on the strip again) and staying near this restaurant to daily their breakfast!”

“Had an amazing time celebrating my birthday at this spot! It’s a Mexican restaurant with a delicious fusion of Latin flavors — every dish was packed with so much flavor, seriously exquisite. The vibe was great, and our server Mayra was absolutely wonderful — super friendly and attentive. What made it extra special was the chef personally coming by the table to check in. It was a really great dining experience overall, and I definitely had a lot of fun. Highly recommend!”

“Downtown Las Vegas keeps getting better and Mi Barrio is the perfect addition, cleverly on Commerce, which has better parking options than the main thoroughfare. I've enjoyed both breakfast and lunch, and the dishes vary from classic to fun fusion options. Start with the coffee, share a few plates, and you'll still likely have extra for leftovers. The sopes, french toast, and benedicts were all delicious!”

“I discovered this place just yesterday, through a foodie I follow. I loved the vibe of the place, the food and especially the service, everyone is super friendly & speaks Spanish as well. Cinammon latte & mini concha (smooth and not too sweet), chilaquiles verdes with birria (no picture, so good) and molletes (yummy, love the pico de gallo sauce). Average check on account of 2 $65 usd, equal as $1,200 mexican pesos (service, alcoholic & non alcoholic drinks included).”
